The equipment manufacturing inspection meetings of “Brazil CSN-UPV Long Product project” held on March 12th, 2008 in the conference room of Ramon’s headquarter. The general manager of CSN long product project, Mr. Sandro M.Raposo, the steelmaking manager of CSN long product project, Mr. Fernando S.Candido and Ms Silvana S. S. Shu interpreter from Brazil and Mr. Yake Nie, purchase engineer, Mr. Laili Gui, purchase engineer, Mr. Xunyang Zhu, purchase engineer, Mr.Jinggang Yuan and Ms Jia Wei interpreter from MCC/CISDI made a joint inspection on Automatic mould level gauge and Automatic marking machine which were designed, developed and manufactured by RAMON. Madam Tian, vice president of RAMON, Mr. Zhou, Technical director of RAMON and the concerned project design engineers attended the meeting. During the meeting, Ramon team communicated the technical details raised by the inspection group and all the documents including electric/ mechanical drawing, quality inspection outline has been reviewed. Afterwards, CSN and MCC/CISDI inspected the site test of the equipment.
CSN/CISDI hold opinion that system equipment is of good quality and all tests & inspection documents for the mold level gauge can meet the requirements of this project. CSN/CISDI accept equipment for this system. CSN/CISDI hold opinion that function tests and inspection documents show that CCM billet marker can meet the performance requirements of this project.
